We have two IT companies reaching out to Microsoft support but they don't know how to handle it. This effects Microsoft Teams, web browsers, and some other programs here and there, including during an install of an Autodesk product. We can see the the programs are suspended within Task Manager. One of the Windows 10 updates we received started suspending programs in the background.
